Pipe Support Bracket DCG Hologram (Green Shifted)

Another Hologram of Pipe Support Brackets. These objects are ideal, because they don’t cause any vibrations and they are very reflective. This holographic plate was also spin coated. The Hologram turned out much greener than the last one. I will share my lab notes from that day with you, I was so happy with this one: Thank you, Holo‑God! I had already given up hope with spin coating and had taken all precautions to return to dip‑and‑shoot veil coating. But one plate from the batch that I had coated cold was still left over; it has been drying for 72 hours at about 50 % humidity and 18 °C in the storage room. “Cold‑coated” means that I did not preheat the plate on a hot pad, nor did I blow any warm air over it. The plate had spent 10 minutes in the spin coater!!! I ended up exposing it today anyway, because you never know. 5 min exposure. Dark 5 min Light fix 2 min (50 W halogen @ 20 cm) Chemical fix 1 min 1. water 1 min 2. water 1 min ISO 70% 30 sec ISO 90% 30 sec ISO 100% @ ~55 °C 1 min And indeed, the plate was crystal‑clear and had a very green replay. It was definitely over‑dried, but Bingo – it works. The coating wasn’t perfect (blue spots), but still great.
